At the heart of our work is a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to thrive. Our volunteer programme is designed to support you on your journey. Whether you can spare a few hours each week or would like to become a regular volunteer, we'd love to hear from you.

Volunteer opportunities include;

Animal Care, Feeding, Cleaning, Welfare checks, Site Maintenance, General upkeep, Gardening, Improvements, Fundraising, Events, Campaigns, Community activities, Administration & Support, Record keeping, Social media and Practical support

For ducks that require extra care—such as the elderly or those with disabilities—our sanctuary provides a safe, nurturing environment where they can live out their days with comfort and dignity. These special residents hold a permanent place in our hearts.

Sally’s Duck Rescue is a charitable organisation based in Marshland, Norfolk, dedicated to giving domestic ducks a second chance at life. Our passionate team works tirelessly to rescue and rehabilitate ducks that need a new home, have been abandoned, neglected, or abused.
