Sally's Duck Rescue is a charitable organisation based in Marshland, Norfolk. 

Our team comprises dedicated individuals committed to rescuing and rehabilitating domestic ducks that have been abandoned, neglected, or abused. 

Our ultimate goal is to find loving forever homes for the ducks that come to us.

A critical part of our rescue is our sanctuary, where we take in disabled and elderly ducks that need additional care and attention. These ducks reside with us for the remainder of their lives and have a special place in our hearts.

As a volunteer at Sally's Ducks, you may be involved in a variety of tasks depending on your skills and interests. Some of the tasks may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the duck enclosures
• Waking up and putting ducks to bed
• Feeding and making sure the ducks nave enough water
• Assisting with providing medical care and treatments
• Assisting with adoptions and events
• Fundraising and outreach
• And a whole lot more!

We will provide you with all the necessary training and support to ensure that you are comfortable and confident in your role.

Whether you have a few hours to spare each week or want to make a more significant commitment, we welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experience levels.  

To become a volunteer at Sally's Duck Rescue, you must be at least 16 years of age and be able to commit to a regular schedule. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Please contact us using the form below. Please note we can only accept volunteers who are 16 or over.
2. Attend an orientation session where you will learn more about Sally's Duck Rescue and our volunteer program.
3. Complete any necessary training or certification required for your specific volunteer role.
4. Start volunteering and making a difference in the lives of ducks in need!
